Booking

You’re booked

I’m looking forward to our conversation.

This is the beginning of something. Take a few minutes to watch the short video below — I recorded it specifically for you, before our call.

You should receive a calendar invitation shortly. Any trouble? Reach me at david@watershipassociates.com or 214-564-3508.

What to expect

Our consultation is a real conversation — not a sales call. Here’s how it typically goes.

01
You share where you are

We start with you — what’s working, what isn’t, and what’s prompting you to look at this right now. No agenda, no prepared pitch. Just listening.

02
We explore what’s possible

Together we look at your situation through the Stay, Go, or Reset lens — and start to get a sense of what clarity might look like for you.

03
We decide if it’s a fit

If working together makes sense, I’ll walk you through what that looks like. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you that too. No pressure — ever.

A few things worth sitting with

You don’t need to prepare anything formal. But if you’d like to come in with some thinking done, these questions are a good place to start.

🧭

Stay, Go, or Reset?

Where do you think you are right now? Are you looking to make your current situation work better, find something new, or do something completely different?

What’s prompting this?

What happened — or what’s been happening — that made you book this call? The more honestly you can name it, the better our conversation will be.

🎯

What would “better” look like?

Even if you’re not sure what you want, try to describe what success would feel like — six months from now, a year from now. That instinct is useful data.

What questions do you have for me?

This is a two-way conversation. Come with whatever’s on your mind — about the process, about my background, about anything.
